Hey folks! Not much new in Colorado... the weather is regularly breaking into the 50's and sunny, so it's great to get outside some more! Jeff started his master's program this month and is figuring out the world of online learning. Western Governor's University is where he's attending (if you say it with a strong cockney accent, its much more fun) and he's enjoying it so far. He's not really too far into anything yet- he had to do an introductory class about online learning and now he's starting Algebra 2! Hopefully he'll get through this one pretty quick. He's got Biology up next (I think) and it looks pretty darn intensive!

This week in the life of new baby Smith, is the week of the softball! Obviously, I love this week since its all about softball and its when I finally start feeling better. Geez, I wasn't sure if it was ever going to happen, but the dizziness is gone, I'm not having as strong of a reaction to food (again the dizziness, sleepiness, semi-drunk feeling), and I don't need to sleep half of the day away! So, its pretty awesome.

Speaking of softball, we're going to Arizona soon to see the good ole TU Lady Trojans play!!! I can't wait! Only a couple more weeks until a week of softball! The softball season here is in the fall- it just doesn't match. Fall= volleyball and soccer. Not softball. As it gets warmer, you're supposed to get out and play some ball! Not watch lacrosse. We're driving again- yuck.

Avery's great. She didn't get into the preschool we applied to. It was some freakish year of enrollment, so they didn't have enough room. We got her into a different one, so all is well. She's pretty excited about it! Whenever we ask her about where she learned something new that we haven't seen, she always says she learned it at school- she doesn't go to school. So we're not quite sure what she's talking about, but she's pumped about learning new stuff. Her new thing is drawing smiley faces- they're awesome! She always puts them in a balloon and sometimes adds hair on the top and calls it daddy!

Alright, see ya!

I'm glad you're feeling better! Beth asked yesterday, "If Baby Smith is softball-sized, how big is Baby Bouse?" My response: "Shoot, I don't know. I usually just go by what Steph says, and assume it's just a little bigger." So, thanks for keeping me updated on my own fetus's development :)
